I’m Judy, a Holistic Health Coach and lifelong wellness advocate. Raised on a farm, I developed a deep respect for nourishing the body with real food and natural living. Today, I empower women to balance hormones, support digestion, and create vibrant, holistic health — blending science-based nutrition with mindfulness and self-care.

My journey began on a small farm where I grew up connected to the land. Those early years taught me the value of nourishing the body with real food and embracing a simple, grounded lifestyle — lessons I carry with me to this day.

For more than 30 years, I’ve dedicated my life to helping women reclaim vibrant health — naturally. I specialize in helping women balance hormones, support digestion, and create holistic wellness through sustainable, joyful changes.

I believe that true wellness is more than what we eat or how we move — it’s about nourishing the whole self: mind, body, and spirit. In my work, I integrate science-based nutrition with mindfulness, movement, and self-care practices, supporting each client in crafting a life of vitality and balance.
Today, I’m honored to walk alongside women in midlife and beyond — guiding them to listen to their bodies, trust their intuition, and embrace their innate ability to thrive.
