The life Shake and the Energy Bars (and Meal Bars) are solid products for my lifestyle! I use he shake in my breakfast cereal (along with berries, fruit, and walnuts). The french vanilla is amazing and the powder is the best I've ever tried at dissolving quickly and fully into the almond milk. As for the bars, they go well with my hiking and my work at the hospital, where I am on foot and physical much of the day.
